Once returned, I will review and set up a phone consultation for us to get to know each other and discuss our plans going forward. After our initial consultation, I will build your custom training schedule tailored to meet your goals and lifestyle. Your weekly training schedule will be posted online with a comments section for you to log notes about your runs, life changes or pain and injury. This will allow me to view your log notes and discuss with you if any adjustments are needed. My goal is to maximize your potential, help you achieve your goals and avoid injury.
